II. Paper Submission
There are two types of submissions for ICEEIS 2026: Presentation-only paper and Full paper. All submissions must be original, unpublished, and written in English.
Authors are required to first submit an abstract through the CMT system. Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors should submit either a one-page extended abstract for a Presentation-only paper or a full paper for publication in IEEE Xplore through the CMT system. Full papers intended for publication in the Journal of Technical Education Science (JTE) must be submitted through the JTE submission system.
For detailed submission guidelines, please visit [HERE].
For detailed manuscript preparation guidelines, please visit [HERE].
III. Publication
The Presentation-only papers will not be included in any conference proceedings.
All full papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process based on scientific quality, significance, relevance, and clarity. Accepted and presented papers will be selected to publish in either one of the following 2 outlets:
① Proceedings Volume by IEEE Xplore: subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
② Special issue of Journal of Technical Education Science (ISSN 2615-9740, recognized with 0.75 points by the State Professorial Council for the Interdisciplinary Field of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Automation)
IV. Submission deadlines
Abstract submission deadline: August 05, 2026 extended to August 12, 2026
Full paper submission deadline: September 20, 2026
