II. Payment Poicies
1. For each accepted paper, at least one author must complete the Regular or Student Registration payment by October 31, 2026, together with the corresponding paper submission number.
2. Student Registration
+ Undergraduate students, graduate students, and doctoral candidates must be the first author and presenter of the paper.
+ To qualify for the student registration rate, authors must provide proof of current full-time student status (e.g., a copy of a student ID card or an official certification issued by the university).
3. Extra-page charges apply to the seventh and eighth pages of papers formatted according to the IEEE template.
4. A final manuscript will be included in the conference technical program only after full payment of the applicable Regular or Student Registration fee has been received. Upload of overlength papers will be permitted only after payment of the corresponding extra-page charges.
5. Each Regular/Student/Co-author or Non-author Registration includes conference materials, one special gift, one banquet ticket, and access to all technical sessions, lunches, and coffee breaks.
