I. Initial Abstract Submission
There are two types of submissions for ICEES 2026: Presentation-only paper and Full paper. All submissions must first go through the initial abstract submission process via the Microsoft CMT system at: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICEEIS2026. Authors are required to create a CMT account before submitting an abstract.

After the abstract review process, authors may proceed with full manuscript submission according to the selected template category as described below.
II. Presentation-only paper submission
Author will submit one-page paper for oral presentation. Please note that it will not be included in any conference proceedings.

All submitted papers must be written in English. Submitted papers must be original and must not have been published elsewhere or be under consideration for publication during the review period.
2.1. For IEEE Xplore Template Manuscripts
Please note that for manuscripts submitted under the IEEE Xplore template to ICEEIS 2026, the overall similarity index must not exceed 30%, and the similarity index from any single source must not exceed 10%.
Submission Method
Full manuscripts prepared using the IEEE Xplore template must be submitted electronically in PDF format via the same CMT submission system used for the initial abstract submission.
2.2. For JTE Template Manuscripts
Please note that for manuscripts submitted under the JTE template to ICEEIS 2026, the overall similarity index must not exceed 20%, and the similarity index from any single source must not exceed 5%.
Submission Method
Submissions must be in Microsoft Word format or PDF format (for manuscripts prepared using LaTeX). If the manuscript is prepared using LaTeX, authors must format the layout according to the Journal template.
Full manuscripts prepared using the JTE template must be submitted electronically via the JTE Submission System.
Registration and login are required to submit manuscripts online and to track the status of current submissions.
